Psychologist Bernardo Carducci, director of the Shyness Research Institute at Indiana University Southeast and Judith Glaser, CEO of Benchmark Communications and author of "Conversational Intelligence: How Great Leaders Build Trust and get Extraordinary Results," discusses how to learn the appropriate skills.
